About Ottauquechee Plumbing & Heating

Ottauquechee Plumbing & Heating started in 1970 by Eldon Thompson and Bob Hendricks with the focus of providing plumbing and heating needs for Woodstock and the surrounding area Over the years Eldon and Bob added Employees and grew there services Butch Lewis was Ottauquechee Plumbing’s first employee in 1971 and still plays a vital role in the day to day operations.

Eldon bought out Bob’s portion of the company in 1984. Ottauquechee Plumbing has been growing ever since, Along with keeping up with the changes in technology that affect installation methods.

In 1989 Eldon’s son Eric joined the business as an apprentice and has progressed to a Master plumber in VT & NH. Eric is a certified Uponor Aquasafe Installer and Home comfort team member with Uponor (formally Wirsbo).

In 1996 Eldon’s Daughter Cara joined the business as the office manager.

Currently we employ 8 master plumbers with 21 years average experience, 2 Journeyman plumbers with 13 years average experience and 4 apprentice plumbers.

All are trained and ready to help you with all or any of your plumbing and heating needs or problems.

Ottauquechee Plumbing & Heating has been in Woodstock for 38 years.

We are now located on Route 4, West of the village of Woodstock, and have been there for 32 Years.
